Exterior
Your exterior sign is often the first thing people see when they arrive at your business. Whether you need a monument sign at the property entrance or a post-and-panel sign for a business park, we design, build, and install custom commercial signs to fit your property and stand up to the elements.
Built To Last
Monument Signs
Monument signs give your property a permanent presence at the entrance or property line. We build them to suit the property, the surrounding space, and the look you want for your business. For Pierce and King County projects, we can also handle the required permit paperwork.
Dimensional Letters
Dimensional letters give your storefront or building a raised, finished look that flat lettering can't quite achieve. Each letter is individually made and mounted, with careful attention to spacing and alignment.
Post & Panel
Post-and-panel signs are a practical choice for business parks and multi-tenant properties. Panels can be updated as businesses come and go, making them a flexible way to identify tenants without replacing the entire sign.
Interior
Interior signs are seen up close, so the small details matter. We design and build interior signs that fit your space, from lobby lettering and room signs to ADA and wayfinding systems that help people find their way around.
Interior Signs With Unique Features
Dimensional Lettering
Dimensional lettering gives a lobby, reception area, or entry wall more depth and presence. It is a simple way to make your business name or logo feel like part of the space rather than something simply placed on the wall.
ADA Braille & Wayfinding Signs
ADA and wayfinding signs help people navigate your building while meeting accessibility requirements. From individual room signs to larger directional systems, we can help with the design, materials, and placement.
Lighted Signs
Lighted interior signs can highlight a logo, business name, or department in a lobby or reception area. We handle the sign work and coordinate the electrical hookup with our licensed partners.
Exterior and Interior Commercial Signs: Common Questions

What's the difference between a monument sign and a post-and-panel sign?
Both can identify a property or business, but they serve different purposes. A monument sign is typically a solid, ground-level structure with your business name or logo. Post-and-panel signs use one or more posts with panels that can be changed as tenants or information changes.
Does my sign need to be ADA compliant?
If it's inside a commercial building and used for wayfinding, room identification, or exit routes, it may need to meet ADA requirements. These signs have specific requirements for things like mounting height, tactile characters, and Braille.
Who pulls the permit for a monument sign or post-and-panel sign?
It depends on where your property is located and which local jurisdiction handles the permit. We handle the permit paperwork on larger installations and will let you know what is required for your project.
How long does a custom sign take from order to installation?
It depends on the sign and the project. Dimensional lettering can move more quickly than a monument sign that needs permitting and more time in the shop. Give us a call with your project details and we'll give you a realistic timeline.
Do you install lighted or electrical signs?
Yes. We handle the sign work and non-electrical installation ourselves, then coordinate with our licensed electrical partners when a project needs wiring or a power hookup.
